Eng. James Kitavi founded Kiseki General Suppliers Limited in 2023. Kiseki provides Environmental sustainability solutions through management of wastes utilizing the Circular Economy where all the waste materials are converted into a resource and ensures zero-waste-to-landfill. In just 2 years, Kiseki has adequately managed over 50,000 Tons of waste and converted it into re-usable consumer products. Kiseki has created over 150 direct green jobs, with over 70% women and over 90% youth. Majority of the workforce are former Informal Waste Workers who have been formalized and mainstreamed. Kiseki has created a countrywide collection network and has trained over 1,500 women and youth groups on the Circular Economy. Kiseki has banked on technology to convert the waste materials into consumer products.
